One completed AI phone interview with a candidate — including the scorecard, transcript, and ATS push. Voicemails, no-answers, and partial calls under 60 seconds don't count toward your volume.

You don't get cut off. Overage rates kick in automatically at the per-interview price listed on your tier. Most customers hit Scale or Enterprise volume within 4–6 months, at which point we move you to the cheaper per-interview rate of your new tier.

Enterprise contracts include custom voice training, white-glove rollout, security reviews (SOC 2, MSA, DPA), and SLAs that vary by industry. We price based on interview volume bands and the regulatory complexity of your hiring. Most Enterprise customers land between $96K and $250K annually.

HireVue is async video — candidates record answers, AI scores them later. We're real-time voice — candidates have a conversation, scored as they speak. Paradox / Olivia is a chat-based pre-screener — it triages applicants before a human interview. We replace the first phone interview entirely. On price, we sit between the two at Scale tier and well below Paradox at Enterprise.
